In 2017 Jen started sharing recipes, cooking classes, tips, and everything about her life on her YouTube channel. Her mission and hope is to inspire home cooks and working moms alike. Katelyn is a registered nurse and a freezer cooking expert. Katelyn is passionate about making dinner time easier for new moms especially those with allergies and loves to share her favorite freezer meal recipes that have helped her save time and money while enjoying her free time spending time outdoors with her family. Her freezer cooking journey began after having my first baby with food allergies. Freezer meals became a necessity to keep healthy allergy-free food on the table every night. She loves sharing her recipes with the world because of the time-saving benefits of freezer meal prep.  In addition to live classes, Katelyn shares her freezer meal secrets on Tik-Tok where she has a large following.

Michele Swaczyna

Vegan Michele (Michele Swaczyna) is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, chef, wife, and mother. Michele is FreezerFit’s foremost authority on all things vegan freezer meals and a proud FreezerFit chef. In addition to her partnership with us, Michele’s brand (veganmichele.com & youtube.com/veganmichele) helps people around the world transition to a whole food plant-based diet as well as succeed on their weight loss journey. When she’s not providing helpful recipes, videos, and coaching clients, Michele loves spending time with her husband Kris and raising their two children together.

Susana Ojeda West

Hey there! I’m Susana Ojeda West, a Venezuelan model and freezer cooking expert who loves sharing her cooking secrets on FreezerFit.com!

My freezer cooking journey began out of sheer necessity. Like many of you, I am a very busy person who likes to eat delicious food and save money when I can. After years of constantly being at all-day photoshoots, I noticed a couple of things:

1) I was always too exhausted to cook anything at the end of the day. (Turns out, the thought of being in the kitchen for over an hour after a 10-hour shoot is not all that appealing, no matter how much you love to cook!)

2) I was eating out a lot and it was getting harder and harder to stay in shape. Because cooking was the last thing on my mind at the end of a long workday, I was constantly eating at restaurants and my food bills started to really add up. I was in need of a solution.

My life changed when I discovered freezer cooking. The meals were healthy and it was so much easier to stay fit. I was spending far less money at restaurants and surprisingly, I was even saving a ton at the grocery store as I started to buy everything in bulk. I bought a Crockpot and an Instant Pot on the very same day and I haven’t looked back since.

Since that day, I have put my heart and soul into perfecting these meals and sharing them with the world. I have always had a passion for cooking, but freezer cooking turned this passion into an obsession. Whether it was tweaking recipes I had found to improve them and change their overall taste profile or inventing brand new recipes altogether, I was on a mission to change people’s lives with these meals, just as these meals had changed mine.

FreezerFit and all of my cookbooks are a culmination of these efforts. I’m so excited for you to join me on this journey.
