Some people use reuseable freezer bags and some use freezer zip lock bags.  I always add my meat first because it is the dirties part of the clean up.  So for all my recipes for the two weeks we usually eat chicken. So i prep all 14 bags with the chicken for each recipe and then I clean up the mess sanitize counter and wash everything.  Then I add all the spices at once then add the other ingredients.  If it calls to add to the freezer bag it all goes in.  It doesn’t matter what order.  You will kneed the bag a little when done and lay flat in the freezer.   I have been doing this for about a month.  My goal was to get the whole family to eat meals that were healthy.  These recipes for the most part are great, better than the family freezer.
