All you need is the ingredients for each recipe, as many gallon-sized plastic freezer bags as you need, a knife, and a cutting board! I would also recommend the bag holders I use because they make the process so much easier, faster, and cleaner for me. They’re not necessary but they’ve helped me so much! I recommend getting an Instant Pot or a Crockpot but we also feature some stovetop and oven recipes.

If joining isn’t in the cards for you at the moment, then adding an extra pound of meat for up to three additional servings is your best bet. If you add an extra pound of meat, you may need to use an additional freezer bag for storage and/or an extra Crockpot or Instant Pot on the day of cooking if you intend to cook it all at once.
