That’s so smart!! I love that idea of separating the meals into two batches and placing it in a gallon bag. It’s also just my husband and I that I cook for and it’s been a game changer having these freezer meals. I am also a spreadsheet need so I’m going to take this spreadsheet idea to help keep track of my meals also! Thank you for sharing!
