I use my air fryer for a great recipe with Brussels sprouts. Just spray them in a bowl with Pam olive oil. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper, if you like spicy. Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes, tossing halfway through, at 360. Put in bowl and sprinkle its fresh lemon juice. I outdone love more recipes like this for quick sides for main course recipes on this site.
I’ve got the Ninja Foodi (SP 351). Though it’s just my husband and I, we like having plenty enough for leftovers. I usually make 4-6 servings worth in that air fryer. Some of my favorite aspects of it, besides it not heating up the whole kitchen, is that you can flip it upright and save on counter space when it’s cooled off enough and not being used. I don’t think I’ve used the regular oven since I got the Foodi almost 2 years ago.
