- 1.5 lb extra lean ground beef
- 0.2502 cup soy sauce or Tamari sauce (for gluten-free)
- 1.9998 tsp sriracha
- 1.9998 tsp garlic powder
- 1.0002 tsp ground ginger
- 1.9998 tbsp light brown sugar or honey
- 1.0002 lime for juice
- romaine lettuce (added on day of cooking) for wraps
1) Label your 1 gallon-sized plastic freezer bag. Make sure to include name, instructions, and a use-by date (I recommend 90 days after prep date).
2) Add all ingredients to your freezer bag. Stir gently to combine.
3) Remove air, seal and freeze.
-Thaw freezer meal overnight in the fridge.
-Transfer contents into Crockpot.
-From thawed, cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours or until meat is cooked through.
-Break the meat apart and mix with the sauce in Crockpot.
Instant Pot Instructions
-From frozen, sauté in Instant Pot for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water then pressure cook on high for 25 minutes then natural release for 10 minutes.
-From thawed, add 1/4 cup water then pressure cook on high for 20 minutes then natural release for 10 minutes.
-Break the meat apart.

We have tested this recipe for a serving size of 6. If you are cooking for less than 6 people, decrease the amount of liquid and the cook time.
