Benefits of Keto Beef and Broccoli:
- Low in carbs: Traditional beef and broccoli recipes often use sugar-laden sauces. This keto version eliminates those unnecessary carbs
- High in protein: Beef is an excellent source of protein, helping to keep you full and support muscle growth
- Rich in healthy fats: The inclusion of healthy fats helps provide long-lasting energy
- Quick and easy to make: This dish comes together in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknights
Can I Eat Beef and Broccoli on a Keto Diet?
Yes! Beef and broccoli can absolutely be a part of a keto diet, as long as the ingredients are chosen carefully. Traditional versions often contain sugar, cornstarch, and high-carb sauces that don’t align with a ketogenic lifestyle. However, when made with keto-friendly alternatives like liquid aminos, sugar-free sweeteners, and healthy fats, beef and broccoli becomes a delicious, low-carb meal that fits perfectly within your macros.
What Makes Beef and Broccoli Keto?
